Refund policy

We’re a new and upcoming brand.
We take risks. We test bold ideas. We move intentionally.

Because of that, our return policy is simple — and limited (for now).

1. No Returns or Exchanges (For Now)

At this stage, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Style preference

  • Ordering mistakes

Each piece is produced in limited quantities. As a growing brand experimenting with unusual and bold minimalist designs, we currently operate in small batches.

We appreciate your understanding while we build.

In the future, as we grow, we plan to introduce full return and exchange options.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective — that’s on us.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

To report a damaged item:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a full refund

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.


4. Our Promise

We are building something intentionally minimal.
We are learning. We are improving.

As we grow, so will our policies.

When we’re ready, we’ll expand into full returns and exchanges.
